• Please note the property is actually located on the island of Ischia. Regular ferries depart from Porto d'Ischia and Porto di Casamicciola to Naples. 
• Access to the property is via a narrow local lane of about 100 m. While standard for the island and passable by large vehicles, it may feel less convenient to first-time visitors—a typical feature of many island properties.
