Step beyond a discreet green gate in Anacapri and discover Villa Sirenium, a 17th-century Caprian masterpiece steeped in elegance, history, and Mediterranean magic. Tucked along a quiet footpath just five minutes from the heart of Anacapri, this rare Neapolitan country residence has been lovingly restored into one of the island’s most exclusive private villas.

Set over two levels, Villa Sirenium is surrounded by 930 sqm of lush, terraced gardens with century-old trees, flowering pergolas, and a 60 sqm emerald-hued pool. Its interiors fuse heritage charm with sophisticated design: vaulted ceilings, ancient hand-painted tiles, and bespoke art pieces flow through a winter garden, sun-drenched lounges, and a grand dining room. Each of the seven bedrooms is uniquely styled, with details such as Empire marble tubs, Roman baths, Turkish hammams, and private terraces drenched in jasmine and sea views.

Whether relaxing in the secret garden, dipping into the outdoor Jacuzzi, or sipping a cocktail under a palm canopy, Villa Sirenium is a private paradise. Guests also benefit from attentive staff, a vegetable garden offering fresh produce, and dedicated wellness touches like yoga mats and Pilates gear. A rare blend of historic soul and contemporary luxury, this is Capri, timeless and reimagined.

• The villa is only accessible by foot (5-minute walk from Anacapri’s centre), so it may not suit guests with mobility issues.
• The bedrooms are distributed over two levels and reached via stairs, there is no lift.
• While staff have access to the kitchen, guests do not cook themselves unless special arrangements are made.
