Designed for discerning travellers seeking both luxury and authenticity, this exclusive estate spans a main villa and four private annexes, surrounded by lush Mediterranean gardens and panoramic terraces.
The property features ten elegantly furnished bedrooms, blending traditional Italian craftsmanship with modern comforts. The layout ensures privacy and flexibility, making it ideal for large families or groups. Daily housekeeping from Monday to Saturday allows guests to fully relax and enjoy their surroundings without interruption.
The villa was previously made up of three separate apartments, but the owners recently renovated it to offer it as one villa composed of apartments (annexes) all located within the same property. The largest apartment houses two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with premium appliances and ample space for all guests to use. The annexes provide additional accommodation with bedrooms and living areas, the fourth is a secluded suite with a private en-suite double bedroom.
The kitchens across the property are thoughtfully designed, ranging from a large, rustic Italian kitchen in the main villa to practical kitchenettes in the annexes, ensuring guests can enjoy both casual breakfasts and grand culinary experiences.
Outdoors, the private pool area invites relaxation, complemented by sun loungers and umbrellas, while expansive terraces and gardens offer shaded spots and al fresco dining areas. A built-in barbecue and traditional pizza oven provide the perfect setting for outdoor meals and social evenings.
