Inside, the home is a harmonious blend of stone walls and high vaulted ceilings, with a fully equipped kitchen, inviting bedrooms, and elegant bathrooms, all decorated in soft, earthy tones that reflect the beauty of the surrounding landscape. The first section of the house features a charming kitchen with vaulted stone ceilings, a cosy dining area, and three bedrooms. The annexe boasts a comfortable living room, a second kitchen, and two more inviting bedrooms, offering a perfect balance of space and intimacy.
Outside, the property is a true haven of relaxation. A large, shaded patio surrounded by lush gardens invites guests to unwind while taking in the breathtaking views. The swimming pool, complemented by sun loungers and seating areas, provides the perfect spot to take in the sweeping valley vistas. The house, encircled by a dry-stone wall with private parking, is just a short five-minute drive from the charming town of Alberobello, where you can explore its historic centre, savour local cuisine, and discover the magic of nearby attractions like Martina Franca, Ostuni, and the ancient town of Matera.
