Villa Plin is nestled in the heart of the picturesque Piedmont wine region, surrounded by rolling hills and scenic vineyards. As you approach this historic villa, you can't help but admire its traditional architecture and stunning panoramic views.
The main building spans four floors, each offering spaciousness and comfort. On the ground floor, there is an open-plan kitchen and living area, with French windows leading out to the pool area, bringing the outdoors in. The kitchen is well-equipped, ideal for preparing everything from a quick breakfast to a leisurely dinner.
Heading upstairs to the first floor, you will find a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. This floor also serves as the main entrance to the villa. On the second floor, there is another double bedroom, a bunk-bed room perfect for children, and a spacious bathroom with a tub—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. The top floor offers a cosy bedroom, perfect for anyone seeking a little extra quiet. Every bedroom carries its own character, from exposed stone walls to vaulted ceilings, making the spaces feel cosy and nestled into the history of the building. Across from the main building, the annexe provides even more space for guests. It features a double room with its own bathroom, plus a sofa bed for added flexibility.
Outside, Villa Plin truly comes alive. The expansive porch is perfect for al fresco dining, with a large table seating up to fourteen people, so you can enjoy meals together while soaking in the views. The brick charcoal barbecue and gas grill offer many options for preparing delicious outdoor meals. The fenced garden provides a haven for children to play, while the pool area invites relaxation under the sun. Every inch of this villa is designed to ensure you feel right at home while exploring Piedmont's beauty.
- Please note that the last bedroom is located on the opposite side of the pool in the annexe, on the top floor.
- Whilst this villa can comfortably accommodate eight guests, please note that one of the bedrooms has bunk beds and is therefore better suited for children.
