La Terrazza sul Mare stands as an exquisite and exclusive retreat on the Ligurian coast, spanning two expansive floors and offering unparalleled accommodation. This stunning home serves as a perfect base for exploration, providing easy access to nearby sandy beaches and the charming Italian city of Imperia.
The residence exudes elegance and modernity, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and doors that invite natural light and showcase breathtaking sea views. The heart of the home is the living area, a spacious haven comprising a large living room with comfortable sofas, garden access, a state-of-the-art TV, and a sound system. The newly-fitted kitchen boasts high-end appliances and seamlessly connects to the stunning formal dining room, complete with a glass table seating ten.
Adding a touch of luxury, the ground floor houses an inviting spa area with a Turkish bath and a Finnish sauna, along with a fantastic gym equipped with a range of fitness equipment. As the day winds down, three amazing bedrooms await your choice in the main house. The master suite on the first floor features an impressive circular bed, a walk-in wardrobe, and a spacious, modern bathroom. Two additional double rooms on this floor share a large family bathroom with a shower, while a terrace provides a serene outdoor space.
The grounds feature an additional annexe, accommodating four guests comfortably. This space includes a large living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, dining space, a double bedroom, and a convenient shower room. In total, the house accommodates ten guests in absolute comfort.
Outdoors, 6000m2 of manicured lawns and terraces unfold, offering unobstructed sea views. The garden is a stunning oasis, complete with a summer kitchen for outdoor cooking, dining tables, outdoor sofas, day beds, and sun loungers. What you should know…
- While staying here, you are able to book a range of extras and services, including spa treatments, baby sitting and boat rental
- One of the bedrooms and an additional sofa bed are set within an annexe in the grounds, this is ideal for a small family wishing for their own space
- As the centre of Imperia is 6km away, you will need a car to get around. Parking is available on-site
- Please be advised that children must be under constant supervision when in the vicinity of the pool
