Villa Castagni is a beautifully restored farmhouse perched on a hillside in the heart of Le Marche, Italy. With its sunny yellow façade and shuttered windows, this charming villa offers a peaceful escape for families or groups of friends, just 6km from the seaside town of Pesaro.
Surrounded by the serene countryside, the villa combines rustic charm with modern comforts, including a newly installed swimming pool, sun loungers, and a barbecue area for relaxed outdoor dining. Inside, the ground floor features a bright living and dining space, complete with a stone fireplace, comfortable sofas, and a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar.
There are two ground-floor bedrooms—a double and a flexible single/double—plus a bathroom and a laundry room. Upstairs, you'll find three more bedrooms: a double with en-suite shower room, another double, and a twin room, all sharing a spacious bathroom with both a bath and shower.
Ideal for both relaxation and exploration, Villa Castagni is just a short drive from Pesaro’s shops, cafés, beaches, and cultural sites. With its tranquil setting, stylish interiors, and easy access to both coast and countryside, it’s the perfect base for enjoying the best of Le Marche.
- The ground-floor bedroom is separated from the main living area by a row of bookshelves and does not have a closing door.
- Villa Castagni can sleep an extra 2 guests on the double sofa bed in the living room, providing a maximum capacity of 12 guests in total. Please enquire for more information.
- Due to the rural location, you will need a car in order to reach the nearest beaches and towns.
- Air-conditioning is featured in the ground-floor and first-floor bedrooms, there is no air-conditioning in the communal areas.
- If you are in need of a cot or a highchair, these can be requested.
