Villa Marconi

Villa Marconi has a fantastic location close to the charming village of Baveno on the shores of Lake Maggiore. The village holds a brilliant spot, next to the popular town of Stresa with fabulous views over the Borromean islands. The villa has a slightly elevated position helping guests to enjoy gorgeous panoramic views which they can enjoy from the comfort of the private swimming pool.

The villa has been recently modernised and combines luxurious furnishings and a range of mod-cons including 3D TV, Apple TV and Wi-Fi throughout the property. It can comfortably accommodate up to a maximum of thirteen guests across five spacious bedrooms set out over three levels. On the ground floor entrance level is the impressive living room which boasts a marble fireplace and grand piano, the perfect entertaining space for a family get-together. Also on this level is the professional kitchen which comes complete with all necessary facilities and amenities, a dining room and the first of the double bedrooms which boasts en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, on the first floor is a family room with double bed and additional single bed as well as three double rooms, each with en-suite bathroom. Heading back downstairs, on the lower ground floor is a fitness and wellness area comprising of a gym, jacuzzi and Turkish bath, there is also a play room, fantastic for keeping the little ones occupied!

The villa is situated within a large private park of (20.000m²) which helps to give guests a sense of privacy and exclusivity while still only being a short distance from helpful amenities. The beautiful garden is the perfect place to spend a lazy day relaxing with a good book while soaking up the sunny, tranquil surroundings and impressive lake views, end the day by cooling off with a dip in the large private pool.
