This brand-new villa located near Lake Maggiore is the perfect place to unwind in-between exploring the Italian lakes. With three-bedrooms and a large private pool, families or groups of friends will love holidaying here.
The modern villa boasts a spacious and airy interior, with large windows that let in an abundance of natural light. In the open-plan living room, there is a cosy sofa and a flat screen TV, with glass doors that lead to a covered dining terrace with views of the pool. Also on this floor, the fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a delicious meal. Upstairs, the master bedroom has lake views and a balcony, while the other two bedrooms have single bed with a pull-out option.
Outside, the villa's large private garden is ideal for sunbathing. The heart of the garden is the large turquoise pool, which is surrounded by sunbeds. You’ll also find an array of comfortable outdoor furniture, and an al-fresco dining area.
Perched on a scenic hillside, Villa Acquario is just a short walk (via the side of a country road) from a selection of Italian restaurants and bars. Whether you are seeking a family dinner or a night out with friends, the diverse range of dining options in the area caters to every preference. Villa Acquario benefits from the convenient proximity to the picturesque lake beaches and lidos of Reno di Leggiuno, Monvalle, Ispra, Angera, and Ranco, just a 10-minute drive away. Reno boasts the stunning UNESCO World Heritage site, the 1170 Catholic monastery of Santa Caterina del Sasso .
Just a 15-minute drive from the villa, Laveno-Mombello offers a funicular railway, and a ferry service operating from morning until late evening, providing easy access to Intra and the well-connected roads to Stresa.
Ispra, a charming town on the shores of Lake Maggiore, is only a ten-minute drive from the villa.
