This home offers a modern and spacious interior consisting of one main apartment spread out over two floors which can also be accessed by two independent apartments and an impressive spa area to unwind in. All three flats are fully air-conditioned and have a kitchen, sleeping area, bathroom and living area. They are private and self-contained as each apartment can be accessed from the outside, however, there is also the opportunity to congregate in the communal areas through the interior access.
The outdoor area of Villa Callisto is even more enchanting. Situated in a 4000 square metre olive grove with a spectacular view of the lake, the garden area of this property couldn't be more serene. There are even lemon trees outside the villa from which guests can pick fresh lemons throughout the year. Enjoy a meal at the outdoor dining table as you take in the incredible view. Moreover, the garden and olive grove are fenced off, allowing dog owners peace of mind as they lounge outside in the sun.

- Villa Castillo accommodates 8 guests across a main apartment and two independent apartments with access to the main apartment. All three units can be accessed from the outside, offering additional privacy. Please see the 'Features' tab for further details.
- Please note groups of 4 guests have access to the main apartment only, groups of 5-6 guests have access to the main apartment and an additional apartment, groups of 7-8 guests have access to all 3 apartments.
- If the group is 4 people, the small apartments are not rented out to other guests.
- You can walk to some amenities from this property, however, it is recommended to hire a car if you would like to travel around the lake to other towns and villages, as public transport throughout Lake Garda can be unreliable.

About the surrounding area of Villa CallistoVilla Callisto offers a sensational location, sitting amongst spectacular natural scenery and a short walk away from amenities. Take advantage of the discounted breakfast offered and tennis courts for hire at the hotel next door, just a 2-minute walk away. In addition, you can head only 15 minutes on foot to reach a couple of restaurants.
Moreover, 15 minutes away by car, you can access the lake at the magnificent Porto Tignale. Here you can try your hand at watersports such as windsurfing or kayaking, swimming or even rent a boat for the day. A nearby historical landmark not to be missed is the remarkable Santuario di Montecastello which offers an unbelievable panorama of Lake Garda and is a 6 minute drive from the property.
Furthermore, you can visit a host of mind-blowing villages and towns around the lake from this villa. One of the most beautiful and popular is Limone sul Garda, only a 25-minute drive away. Roam the picturesque narrow streets of this captivating town and admire its stunning architecture and unique surrounding nature. As this town was once renowned for growing lemons and other citrus fruits, make sure to visit the famous Limonaia del Castel. This is a cultural museum where you explore the fascinating history of the lemon trees and enjoy tremendous views.
In addition, make sure to stop at the gorgeous Riva del Garda, a 40-minute drive away. Here you can marvel at the remarkable surrounding cliffs and mountains and stroll through the charming old town, where you will find an array of wonderful restaurants to choose from. Moreover, this town is a great spot for windsurfing due to its strong winds.
Slightly further afield, don't miss the largest town on the lake, Desenzano del Garda, full of culture and history. Another must-see is the idyllic town of Garda, where you can roam its quaint, colourful streets. Both of these areas are roughly a 1-hour drive away. Moreover, the extraordinary city and UNESCO world heritage site, Verona, lies just 1 hour and 40 minutes from this property. In addition, the fantastic city of Brescia is only an hour and 10 minutes' drive away.

Furthermore, the lake bottom here does not get deep straight away and so it is ideal for children to paddle or swim in.
Additionally, some superb theme parks and water parks are within easy reach of the property. Drive roughly one hour to the marvellous Gardaland theme park and Legoland water park. You can also get to the fun-filled Caneva Acquapark in 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Stunning
We were looking for a place to relax and think we found it in Villa Callisto. The location is unique; the view is breathtaking! The villa is spacious and elegantly furnished. We were there in December and looked over silver-green olive trees in front of snow-capped mountains on the opposite shore of Lake Garda, over the water glistening in the sunshine to the southern tip of the lake. And this wonderful panorama can be seen from many places through the generous window areas in the luxuriously furnished villa. Even the sauna offers this beautiful view. We are definitely looking forward to coming back to Lake Garda in the summer of 2023.

Breathtaking!
The views from every aspect of the villa are breathtaking and panoramic. There are huge windows everywhere. We loved our bedroom with the ensuite bathtub and rain shower. Downstairs the seating was relaxed and comfortable. The highlight of our stay were the evenings on the balcony enjoying a drink and looking at the moon and the mountains with the tranquil lake below us, listening to the Villa’s sound system as we swayed back and forth in the swinging chair.
