This home offers a modern and spacious interior consisting of one main apartment spread out over two floors which can also be accessed by two independent apartments and an impressive spa area to unwind in. All three flats are fully air-conditioned and have a kitchen, sleeping area, bathroom and living area. They are private and self-contained as each apartment can be accessed from the outside, however, there is also the opportunity to congregate in the communal areas through the interior access.
The outdoor area of Villa Callisto is even more enchanting. Situated in a 4000 square metre olive grove with a spectacular view of the lake, the garden area of this property couldn't be more serene. There are even lemon trees outside the villa from which guests can pick fresh lemons throughout the year. Enjoy a meal at the outdoor dining table as you take in the incredible view. Moreover, the garden and olive grove are fenced off, allowing dog owners peace of mind as they lounge outside in the sun.
As well as benefiting from picturesque surroundings and stunning natural scenery on your doorstep, you are within walking distance from all amenities at this villa. Head just 2 minutes by foot to reach the neighbouring hotel, which offers breakfast at a special price for villa guests, a swimming pool and tennis courts for hire. Additionally, a few restaurants and supermarket are only a 15-minute walk away.
Furthermore, this villa is in the ideal location to explore the many wonders that Lake Garda offers, such as Limone sul Garda, Riva del Garda and Desenzano del Garda, all of which are just 25 minutes to 1 hour away by car. Moreover, you can reach the magical city of Verona in 1 hour 40 minutes by car.
- Although Villa Callisto benefits from many excellent facilities, please note that there is no pool.
- Villa Castillo accommodates 8 guests across a main apartment and two independent apartments with access to the main apartment. All three units can be accessed from the outside, offering additional privacy. Please see the 'Features' tab for further details.
- Please note groups of 4 guests have access to the main apartment only, groups of 5-6 guests have access to the main apartment and an additional apartment, groups of 7-8 guests have access to all 3 apartments.
- If the group is 4 people, the small apartments are not rented out to other guests.
- You can walk to some amenities from this property, however, it is recommended to hire a car if you would like to travel around the lake to other towns and villages, as public transport throughout Lake Garda can be unreliable.
