When you arrive at the Villa Sancia, the first thing you notice is the Villa’s private swimming pool and jacuzzi overlooking the magnificent Lake Como. This stunning panorama is just one of the unbelievable views that this property offers.
The three floor villa can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests with its five bedrooms, five bathrooms, open-plan main floor, private terrace and spacious patio. The two bedrooms on the main floor have a private entrance and access to the garden, while two bedrooms on the first floor have a private terrace overlooking the lake. One bathroom on the first floor has a unique lakeview bathtub.
When you walk into the main entrance of the house, you are immediately drawn to the panoramic patio. Comfortable seating and an outdoor table with chairs are perfect for al fresco dining overlooking both the Rockefeller Foundation’s Bellagio Center and Lake Como. Friends and family will enjoy the table football during a night of fun.
The open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar and the living area with ample seating is the perfect place for chatting about the gorgeous lake views framed by the villa's wall of glass doors.
This property offers a basement level that consists of a spacious private garage, a laundry room with brand new appliances and a full bathroom.

About the surrounding area of Villa SanciaThe area around Lake Como is one of outstanding beauty. Stretching from the Swiss Alps to the Grigne and Legnone ranges, Lake Como is guarded by spectacular mountain landscapes. Pastel-coloured villages perch along the shorelines and trail up the steep sides. In this part of Italy, there are the simplest rural dwellings as well as the palatial villas of the 18th century.
Whether exploring the lake by foot, car or boat, it should be a leisurely experience. Choose from one of the numerous activities the area offers, or simply enjoy the comfort of the splendid private villa.
The villa offers panoramic views of the hill with Rockefeller’s world-renowned Villa Serbelloni and the Pescallo Harbor. With this geographically-privileged location, guests at Villa Sancia can experience the wonders of Lake Como right from their backyard. Alternatively, pop down to the beautiful nearby Bellagio, a 15-minute walk away, known locally as “the Pearl of the Lake”, for its traditional trattorias, much-loved gelato and fantastic shopping.

| End of stay cleaning included? | Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. |
