- To maintain the impression of authentic Italian lifestyle, there is no air conditioning at this property.
- Please note that the villa is accessed from the road via an approximately 100-metre cobblestone path. It is not possible to load or unload luggage directly outside the villa. The path running alongside the terrace is also used by the neighbouring property.
