Experience the magical views of Lake Como from the comfort of Villa Della Pace, a stylish four-bedroom villa featuring a backdrop of forest-covered hills and glistening water. This villa is the perfect place to relax in-between visiting the bustling city of Como and one of the many cultural towns dotted along the shore.
The ground floor is a modern, open-plan space ideal for special moments with family or friends. A fully-equipped kitchen comes with a breakfast bar, where loved ones can sit with a coffee or a glass of wine and chat with whoever is cooking. There is also a dining/living area with a comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV, plus a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite shower room.
Upstairs, on the villa’s second floor, you will find a delightful double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds. Both these rooms benefit from Juliette-style balconies where you can sit and take in the fabulous views of Lake Como. On the third floor there is a loft-style bedroom with beautiful wooden beams, a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Open up the French doors there is a lovely partially covered patio complete with an al-fresco dining area and a barbecue for you to enjoy. Before your meal, take a dip in the gorgeous private pool and then dry off on a deckchair. In the evenings, the outdoor jacuzzi beckons.
Walk out of Villa Della Pace and across the road to reach Lake Como’s shore. Here you’ll find many viewing platforms and benches where you can admire Quarzano, with its pastel-coloured houses that sit amongst the hills across the lake. Get a taste of Italy by trying out one of the many nearby restaurants - the nearest is just a couple of minutes’ walk away.
There are lots of exquisite places within driving distance from the Villa Della Pace. Just 10-15 minutes by car, you will find Moltrasio and Cernobbio, which are filled with grand villas with luscious gardens and historical buildings you can visit. You could also try out some exciting water sports or take a boat ride around Lake Como.
The centre of Como is just a 30-minute drive away and is a wonderful place for a day trip. The city is bustling with shops, bars, and restaurants – some of which offer incredible views of Lake Como. With historical buildings, water sports, and hiking trails, you’ll have plenty to do.

Location
About the surrounding area of Villa Della PaceVilla Della Pace is ideally placed just across the road from the shores of Lake Como. With viewing platforms and benches, you can admire Quarzano, with its colourful houses dotted on the hill across the lake. If you feel like a bite to eat, you’ll be spoilt for choice with a variety of restaurants and pizzerias along the shore. You can walk to the nearest restaurant in just a few hundred metres – perfect for when you want something quick.
Head south along the lake’s shore and reach Moltrasio in less than 10 minutes by car. This charming place is known for its farmer’s markets and historical buildings. History lovers should explore Villa Le Fontanelle and Villa Passalacqua, two magnificent villas home to grand gardens and antique paintings. If you are feeling adventurous, there are also a variety of water sports on offer.
Cernobbio is another beautiful area that sits near the southern tip of Lake Como. Just a 15-minute drive away, you’ll find gardens, spectacular villas, and walking trails here. You can also choose to explore the rest of Lake Como by boat or bike – both tours provide a unique perspective of the landscape. Drive another five minutes and cross the border into Switzerland, where you’ll find hiking routes that take you through Swiss woodlands and past picturesque rivers.
Drive around fifteen minutes to reach the centre of Como, a city popular with tourists that sits on the very south of Lake Como. Discover more about Italy’s culture by visiting the Cathedral of Como, one of the last Gothic cathedrals built in the country. The city’s historic centre is filled with shops, restaurants, and cafés. You’ll also find old buildings, Piazza Cavour (Como’s main square) and Basilica di San Fedele (a 17th-century church).

Older children will also love the variety of water sports available here, while little ones will enjoy playing in the parks.
Great for all ages, the centre of Como takes just 15 minutes to reach by car. Filled with kid-friendly eateries, children can indulge in a slice of Italian pizza in between exploring. The whole family will love Como’s historic centre, where you’ll find the 17th-century church of Basilica di San Fedele and the main square called Piazza Cavour.
