The annexe showcases an expansive open-space living room with fully equipped cooking facilities, a dining area, and breathtaking panoramic views of the lake.
The outside of this property is even more remarkable with truly unimaginable views. Be amazed as you step out into the exquisite garden area offering multiple terraces and ample garden furniture to laze on or dine at. You can even find a wellness area complete with a whirlpool in which up to 6 guests can de-stress in. Head down to the lower terrace for a swim in the outstanding heated pool or to sunbathe on one of the comfortable loungers provided.
Moreover, this villa is located just a 5 minute drive away from a delightful village offering many magnificent restaurants and shops to enjoy. What’s more, there are plenty of hiking opportunities and scenic viewpoints in this area as well as some stunning waterfalls. Additionally, head only 20 minutes by car to reach the magical city of Como.
On top of this, the beautiful towns of Menaggio and Tremezzo are just a 30-40 minute drive away. Further afield, reach the bustling city of Milan in only 45 minutes by car and the gorgeous city of Bergamo in just 1 hour and 20 minutes.

About the surrounding area of Villa BesanaSituated in a lovely residential area overlooking the glorious lake and surrounding mountains and just a short 5 minute drive from the nearest village, this property offers the perfect location. In this village you can find an array of amenities such as restaurants and shops. Moreover, here you can find some amazing nature spots such as two waterfalls and several hiking routes.
In addition, drive just 20 minutes to reach the extraordinary city of Como where you can find a greater range of amenities as well as admiring the immense beauty and culture offered here. Whilst in Como be sure not to miss some of the city’s most historic buildings such as Villa Olmo and the Volta museum. Stroll through the many spectacular piazzas, idyllic narrow streets and gaze in awe at the Romanesque and Gothic style churches.
What’s more, reach the fascinating town of Tremezzo where you can’t miss the excellent Villa Carlotta, Villa del Balbianello and the Greenway del Lago di Como. Furthermore, the spell-binding town of Menaggio is only a 40 minute drive away. In this stunning town be sure to visit the many gardens and churches including San Stefano and San Giusto. Additionally, the famous town of Bellagio is just an hour’s drive away. Also known as the Pearl of Lake Como, Bellagio offers terrific shops, restaurants, colourful narrow streets and extraordinary views of the lake.
For those looking for an adrenaline rush, throughout the lake you can also find several spots offering the opportunity to carry out many different types of sports. For example you can try your hand at windsurfing, water skiing, mountain biking or even paragliding! Additionally, there are multiple locations offering the chance to play tennis or golf all around Lake Como.
Furthermore, there are some wonderful cities nearby which you can easily visit for a day trip. Drive just 45 minutes to reach the fashion capital of the world, Milan. In this remarkable city you will be treated to a variety of designer shops and high-end restaurants. On top of this, there are several unmissable tourist attractions here such as the Duomo di Milano and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. Furthermore, you can get to the gorgeous city of Bergamo in 1 hour and 20 minutes.

What’s more, have a fun-filled day out at the Lake Como Adventure Park, just a 1 hour drive away. Here the kids can have lots of fun riding zip lines, facing hanging bridges and more! However, please be aware that this park is only open from spring to autumn. For even more excitement, drive an hour and 10 minutes to Indoor Karting Colico where your little ones can spend an afternoon racing each other on go-karts.
