Villa Paglia is a beautiful villa where family heritage and modern comforts sit in perfect harmony. Just 18km from Florence, this handsome home offers an authentic slice of Tuscany with a generous dose of elegance. Manicured gardens, a sun-soaked courtyard and a private swimming pool set the scene for unforgettable days under the Tuscan sun.

Across its two floors, the villa accommodates up to 14 guests in five pretty bedrooms, each thoughtfully styled and three with impressive en suite bathrooms. Characterful details are paired with quality finishes and contemporary touches, including air conditioning in three bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen that opens directly to the outdoor dining gazebo. The spacious lounge invites long conversations over a glass of Chianti, while upstairs a private gym offers an energising start to the day.

Outdoors, the experience continues. A lawn and shaded outdoor lounge give way to a swimming pool where guests can unwind in privacy. Relax beneath the parasols or gather on the courtyard as dusk falls, accompanied by the sound of clinking glasses. The layout is ideal for multi-generational families or groups of friends, offering ample room to be together as well as corners to retreat and recharge.

Villa Paglia is set just outside Signa, a charming village with local trattorias, shops and a fascinating straw-weaving museum that pays homage to its artisan roots. Florence is just half an hour by car (or hop on the train from Signa), while day trips to Siena, San Gimignano, Lucca and the Chianti vineyards offer endless opportunities for cultural discovery and culinary indulgence.

Whether you’re planning a family holiday or a cultural getaway with friends, Villa Paglia offers a warm and charming Italian home, perfectly placed for exploring the treasures of Florence and the wider Tuscan landscape.
