- The Nomentano district is lively due to its proximity to La Sapienza University, which could mean occasional noise from student activities, bars, and restaurants.
- There is no dedicated parking, which might be an issue for guests traveling by car, as parking in Rome can be challenging.
- Check-in and check-out are not permitted on 24th December, 25th December, 31st December and 1st January. Please note that no exceptions can be made.
