The ground floor opens to a generous kitchen with a central island, fireplace and direct access to the garden, perfect for sociable evenings. A small lounge and TV room create a cosy atmosphere, while the airy veranda, with a large dining table and wicker seating, invites guests to linger over long meals with views of the rolling landscape.

Upstairs, the first floor offers three bedrooms: one ensuite twin room, another twin room, and the main bedroom with private bath and shower, plus access to a sunset-facing terrace. On the second floor, you’ll find another double bedroom, a twin room, and a shared bathroom with both tub and shower.

Outside, the garden is a delight, with cherry and peach trees, a pergola-shaded dining space and a brick barbecue. A short garden path leads you to the sun-drenched pool and loungers, and the owners’ vegetable patch adds a charming, home-grown touch to this fully fenced, peaceful hideaway.

• The stairs to the first and second floor are quite steep and narrow, so not ideal for very young children or anyone with mobility issues. Please take care and supervise children. 
• There is air conditioning only in the top-floor bedrooms and master bedroom on the first floor.
• A car is highly recommended to explore the local area.
