Hidden among the golden hills of Montemaggiore, Casa Collina is a warm, welcoming villa that feels more like a home than a holiday let. Surrounded by gardens alive with colour and scent, this is a place to slow down and savour. Whether you’re starting your day with a swim in the dual-depth pool or finishing it with marshmallows round the fire pit, every moment is infused with calm and character.
Inside, the villa stretches over three levels. The heart of the home is a bright open-plan space with a well-equipped kitchen, dining table and soft seating, opening directly onto a shady veranda with views over the lawns. Two double bedrooms and a bathroom complete the ground floor, while a mezzanine twin room adds a whimsical hideaway feel. Downstairs, there’s a second kitchen, a large dining space and a comfy lounge with a sofa bed, ideal for extended families or groups of friends.
The fenced garden is both safe and scenic, with a ping-pong table, barbecue and olive trees swaying gently in the breeze. Located just a few minutes from the coast at Fano, Casa Collina offers the perfect balance of countryside seclusion and seaside adventure.
- Air conditioning is available in all rooms except the basement level.
- Pets are welcome on request, just one furry friend is allowed per stay.
- A car is highly recommended to explore the local area.
