Nestled on the verdant hill of Tiberio, in the eastern enclave of the island, Villa Caprese has a panoramic vista over the Gulf of Naples, the silhouette of Vesuvius, and the enchanting Sorrento Peninsula. Once a rustic abode for farmers from nearby Sorrento, the villa sits amidst the lush Mediterranean flora of agaves, prickly pears, and olive trees, where one can unwind with family and friends, basking in the authentic essence of island life.

Stepping through the doors of Villa Caprese, you are greeted by the timeless allure of Capri's architecture – floors adorned with intricate majolica tiles, soaring ceilings, pristine white walls, and stately columns, all bathed in the soft glow of natural light filtering through expansive windows. The interior spaces seamlessly blend traditional charm with modern comforts. 

The house is spread over two floors and includes a kitchen, dining room, and living area, as well as five elegantly appointed bedrooms. The first two bedrooms boast double beds alongside full-size sofa beds, perfect for parents and children who prefer to share. Two more bedrooms have private entrances from the outside, so older children or couples can enjoy some privacy while remaining close by. Each room offers unique charm, from Romeo and Juliet balconies to tranquil garden views. 

Recently refurbished, the villa seamlessly integrates contemporary amenities, including an infinity pool overlooking the azure expanse of the sea, a rejuvenating sauna, and a bubbling jacuzzi. It also houses a curated collection of literary treasures spanning art, fiction, and culture, enriching the atmosphere with an intellectual allure.

As dusk descends, the rooftop terrace emerges as a romantic haven, offering an unrivalled vantage point for intimate dinners beneath a canopy of stars, with the twinkling lights of Naples and the Amalfi Coast as a mesmerizing backdrop.

Accessible by a stroll from the famed Piazzetta along the quaint Via Le Botteghe, Villa Caprese promises a destination and an unforgettable journey through the timeless allure of Capri's charm. 

• Two bedrooms are separate from the rest of the villa, with their own private entrance from the outside.   
• Capri town is a pedestrian area, so the villa is reachable only by foot and therefore not suitable for those with mobility issues.
• Whilst this villa can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests, please note that 2 guests will be accommodated on a sofa bed.
• Due to being located on the island of Capri, a ferry is required to reach this property. Ferries from Naples to Capri depart from two ports: the Molo Beverello and the Calata Porta di Massa. Ferries for Capri depart from Sorrento's Marina Piccola port. High speed ferries for Capri depart from Positano, Amalfi, and Salerno. Routes are only active during the summer from April through October.
