Stay in style at the newly built Villa Tsilivi, located in the picturesque village of Tsilivi on the Greek island of Zakynthos. This luxury one-storey villa features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to five guests, perfect for families or friends. Surrounded by lush olive groves and vineyards, the property boasts extensive grounds with mature trees, a tiled terrace, and a private swimming pool.
The villa's exterior showcases classic white Mediterranean stone with a terracotta roof, while the interiors are designed with contemporary comfort in mind. Decorated in neutral beige tones, it features modern furnishings, handcrafted artifacts, and unique lighting. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors allow natural light to flood the interiors and provide seamless access to the garden and terrace. Guests enjoy off-street private parking, complimentary air conditioning, and Wi-Fi throughout the property.
Inside, the open-plan living area includes a large grey L-shaped sofa, which can convert into a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV with Netflix, and a stylishly designed kitchen equipped with all modern appliances. The master bedroom, with its king-size bed that can be split into twins, includes an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has twin beds and its own TV, with a separate bathroom nearby featuring a rainfall shower.
The outdoor space is perfect for relaxation, with a unique swimming pool, sun loungers, a pergola with cushions, and a poolside shower. Guests can enjoy alfresco dining at a wooden table under a shaded awning, with meals prepared on the BBQ. The villa's serene surroundings and luxury amenities make it an ideal getaway for enjoying the beauty of Zakynthos.
- Villa Tsilivi is located inland on the outskirts of the village, with the nearest resort and beach a kilometre and a half away, however it's a lovely way to get some fresh air exercise
