The exterior is built of classic white Mediterranean stone with a sloping terracotta roof, whilst the interiors have been designed for maximum comfort in an uber contemporary style. Villa Tsilivi is furnished with modern pieces, decorated with a neutral palette of shades of beige, and scattered with handcrafted artefacts and fun lighting. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors flood the villa with natural light, and give access to the gardens and terrace. The villa comes with off street private parking, and for your comfort and entertainment, it includes complimentary air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout.

Follow the path to the front door, and enter the villa, where you will discover a holiday home of open-plan living. The seating area has a large soft grey wrap around L-shaped sofa, a nest of coffee tables, a flat screen television with Netflix included, and some fabulous funky lighting. The sofa can be made into a sofa bed for one guest. The adjacent pale wood and black tiled kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cater for your holiday, including a built-in oven and induction hob, a washing machine and dishwasher, a microwave and a family-size fridge freezer. A cream marble island serves as both a preparation area and a breakfast bar, with white basket-weave stools. The master bedroom is dressed in soft beige linens, and has a king-size bed that can be separated into two singles. The room is furnished with a spacious wardrobe, bedside tables, floating shelving units, and a flat screen television. The ensuite bathroom has a glass fronted walk-in shower, hand washbasin, and WC. The second bedroom has two twin beds, bedside tables, wardrobe and dressing table, and its own television. The second bathroom is separate and has a rainfall shower, wash basin, and WC.

Access the paved terrace via the floor-to-ceiling sliding doors of the living space, and here you will find extensive grounds and gardens, where we are sure you will be spending most of your days. The stunning perfume bottled-shaped swimming pool has roman steps for easy entry, and is long enough for a few lengths before breakfast. The pool is surrounded by steamer-style wooden sun loungers with deep padded cushions and shady parasols. Even more lovely is a stand-alone wooden pergola loaded with lots of comfy scatter cushions, where you can lay back and relax, read a book, and laze the days away. After a hard day sunbathing and swimming, cool down under the poolside shower. Take a stroll around the olive trees and vineyards in the garden, before dining alfresco at the wooden outdoor table with six turquoise director's chairs, strategically situated under the villa's shady awning. Serve fresh local delicacies grilled on the barbeque, then watch the night sky come alive with a myriad of twinkling stars.

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful, luxurious villa. Everything was perfect. The onsite team, was very friendly and made us feel extremely welcome. The garden is gorgeous and has a beautiful pool, a very comfy day-bed and a barbecue. The villa is extremely well decorated, exceptionally clean, and very well equipped. We highly recommend it.

  • I highly recommend this villa.

    on 31/08/2023

A delightful villa perfect for two couples or a couple with two children. Modern, attractive, very well designed and very functional. The bathrooms are wet room showers and the water pressure is superb. A good number of bathroom products too. Towels are refreshed every two days and a mid week clean. The beds are super comfortable with pillows that suited me. Kitchen reasonably well equipped, but we are huge foodies and made a few suggestions to the owners to add a few more things. A lovely welcome pack too!

The outside area is very well designed with a beautiful pool, sunbeds, parasols, daybed and a delightful 4 seated area for sundowners. The BBQ was easy to use and easy to clean.

    Excellent wifi and spotlessly clean.

The local representative, who live very close by, were excellent hosts and ensured we were well looked after. Any issues or questions were very promptly sorted.

Their restaurant suggestions were very good.

    I highly recommend this villa.
