From this wonderful location, it is very easy to discover all that Zakynthos has to offer. Most of the houses, shops and buildings in Zante Town were rebuilt after the destructive earthquake of 1953. It is now very cosmopolitan with an excellent range of restaurants, bars, museums and a castle at the top of the hill.
