The ground floor of Villa Bohali is home to incredible living spaces, mighty in both size and style. The superb dining area offers sophisticated dining with feasts coming from the villa’s spectacular, contemporary kitchen. Its double height aspect creates an incredible regal ambience. The chefs in your group will be seriously impressed by the kitchen’s appliances and space to create gourmet meals. You may even want to hire a private chef. To one side of the kitchen is another dining area in a fabulous sun room with floor-to-ceiling glass all around. The garden views are spectacular. The villa’s generous living area is open plan to the formal dining area. All in white, it shouts outs elegance and class. Guests can enjoy movies on the enormous 75 inch top-of-the-range smart television with Netflix streaming and gaming.
The luxurious master bedroom suite features a superb kingsize bed where you will enjoy the sleep of kings. It also offers his and hers walk-in closets and an exquisite ensuite bathroom where you can soak with luxury toiletries and be thankful to be spending time in this magnificent property. Two other bedroom suites feature quality zip and link beds that can be set up as kingsize beds or singles depending on your needs. These rooms enjoy an immaculate, luxurious shared bathroom. Each bathroom is complete with fluffy towels, slippers and fragrant toiletries.
An intricate staircase leads you upstairs to a fabulous, roomy mezzanine office equipped with a top notch computer and printer for any business needs. Here you will also find an extremely large bedroom with an added sofabed in the sitting area, a reading area and a library. All of the bedrooms enjoy fabulously unique interior design with feature walls and lots of the wow factor! Each suite also enjoys a smart television.
Separate to the main house is the bungalow. This very attractive stone guest house enjoys a comfy double bed, a sofa bed, a fully equipped contemporary kitchen, a lounge and dining area and an immaculate shower room. This is perfect for a small family or a couple who would appreciate a little private time away from the group. Again the interior design is an absolute delight, creating a charming, idyllic oasis.
The outside spaces of Villa Bohali are phenomenal. You will not want to leave! The villa’s 55 sqm tropical pool boasts an astonishing sunken fire pit seating area. This exclusive pool offers an experience like no other. You can lay on one of the pouf loungers with a glass of champagne and float while mesmerised by the deep blue sky. For those that want to be surrounded by water but do not want to take a dip, then you can lounge on one of the sunken sofas. Traditional luxury loungers and parasols also sit neatly next to the pool, the perfect spot for your holiday reads.
Villa Bohali also features a 25 sqm glass vaulted ceiling barbecue and dining area. Eyeing up the tropical pool, this sensational area impresses the most discerning of barbecue chefs. Here you can enjoy the grill or cook on the multi-function induction hob, preparing a mouthwatering feast for foodies in this superb aesthetic dining area under the vaulted glass. There is a fridge for your chilled wine, beer and refreshments as well as a quality stereo system so that you can listen to your favourite songtracks.
Fitness fans will be delighted with the outdoor shaded spa with its gym facilities. In a dreamy setting guests can enjoy the top-of-the-range equipment or a refreshing face or body treatment by a professional masseuse on request. Location
About the surrounding area of Villa BohaliZakyththos or Zante as it is often called is one of the most beautiful of the Ionian islands. One of the most famous sights and a must-visit is ‘The Shipwreck’, a magnificent real shipwreck on the secluded coast of St George. The wreck was discovered on 5 October 1980 and has become a major tourist attraction in it wild, beautiful landscape. There are frequent boat trips to the wreck.
The island offers breathtaking landscapes, exotic, sandy beaches, turquoise bays and a crazy nightlife. Many of the beaches, including Laganas, Tsilivi and Kalamaki enjoy an excellent range of watersports. For those that love hiking and cycling, you will find many old footpaths leading to mountainous villages, monasteries and medieval towers. A visit by boat to the Keri Caves and Marathonisi, located at the bay of Lachana, is very popular. You will have the chance to swim or snorkel, meeting the famous Caretta turtles that swim in this natural environment. There are plenty of boat trips where you can explore the whole coastline. The island’s famous Blue Caves form one of the island’s most fascinating, natural attractions. They are of great geological interest and are located along the northwestern side of the island, beginning after Agios Nikolaos and ending near the Cape Schinari.
Zakynthos’ beaches are renowned for their beauty. One of the most popular is the sandy beach of Kalamaki. With fine, golden sand and shallow water, it is the ideal spot for families with young children. You can even horse ride on some beaches, how amazing is that? Keri Lighthouse is a magical spot to enjoy the colourful sunsets and magnificent views of the tall rocks.
In Zakynthos Town, Solomos Square is a focal spot with many restaurants and bars and the interesting Byzantine Museum and Cultural Center. Bochali is a 2km stroll from the centre of Zakynthos Town. Its panoramic views of the pretty harbour are stunning as are those towards Argassi and the Bay of Laganas. You will discover charming, narrow alleys lined with traditional cafes and old houses. The castle at the top of the hill is well maintained and a popular attraction. Delicious wines can be tasted and bought at Solomos Wines distillery.The cellars are very attractive and worth a visit.
Laganas is one of the two main tourist hotspots on Zakynthos along with Zakynthos Town. Kalamaki is not far behind, though it is a little more laid-back. There is a good choice of restaurants at all of these resorts. The main street of Laganas runs along the lovely beachfront to Kalamaki. The 5km beach is wonderful with fine, silvery sand lined with sun loungers and parasols. Pedalos and boat trips are available to catch a glimpse of the protected Caretta turtles swimming around the bay. The beaches are part of the National Marine Park. The rare Caretta turtles lay their eggs in the sands of Gerakas, Dafni, Kalamaki, Marathonisi and Sakania, east of Laganas.
Agios Sostis is a charming, quaint coastal Greek village close to Laganas. It is surrounded by beautiful countryside and was named after a 16th century church dedicated to Saint Sostis. The village has a stunning backdrop of the mountains and a delightful beach. There are some waterfront charismatic bars and restaurants where you will receive a very warm welcome. You can also hire a boat from Agios Sostis over to Marathonisi Island.

Best Suited For: All AgesVilla Bohali is absolutely brilliant for a family holiday. There is so much entertainment. The multi-sport court is excellent with all equipment being supplied. There is also a wonderful playhouse and playground for children. The pool is magical and a very special spot for stargazing late at night.
Zakynthos boasts a wonderful variety of magical Greek beaches. One of the most famous on the island is the Shipwreck Beach which children love visiting on a boat trip. Other sandy beaches that are good for families are Alykes, Tsilivi, Vassilikos, Ambala, Laganas, Kalamaki and Gerakas. Gerakas is considered to be one of the most beautiful and peaceful beaches in the south. The shallow waters are warm and very calm for young swimmers. Older children will love the cliffs and beaches at Porto Limnionas where some climbing is needed to reach the beach.
The coastline of the island is rocky in many places and there are many caves. The best-known caves are the ‘Blue Caves’. Marathonisi Island is a must visit. The small islet, opposite the villa, has tropical beaches and sea caves just outside Keri Beach. You can either rent your own boat or take an organised trip where you will be invited to swim and snorkel too. One of the beaches on Marathonisi is a favourite turtle-nesting spot. Besides turtles, you may also see dolphins in the waters of Zakynthos.
If you want a break from the beaches, you may like a day at a waterpark. There are two on the island, Tsilivi Water Park and Zakynthos Water Village. This is slightly smaller and very suitable for younger children.
It is really good to explore the island with children. Giri, on the west coast is the highest village and has beautiful windmills. Kambi is a small village in the mountains where you will see one of the best sunsets on the island. If you choose not to drive yourselves, you can take an organised island tour and visit idyllic mountain villages, a traditional olive oil factory and enjoy spectacular views

Surreal experience
I don’t think I have all the words to explain just how wonderful this Villa is! From the moment we arrived in Zante we were treated like VIP’s. It was a surreal experience! The Villa is just simply STUNNING! I don’t think we will ever be able to top this accommodation! We are a well travelled family, and nothing compares! Roussa, the most wonderful host and now friend! Just was basically my personal PA whilst there, arranging transport, food, takeaways, recommendations, restaurant bookings, birthday party’s and more! She was wonderful, as-well as her beautiful daughters and lovely husband! Lida the cleaner worked so hard and was absolutely lovely always keeping the place perfect! We had 9 week old twins with us and Roussa was so accommodating for us with cots, nets, high chairs, bouncers, specific water safe for babies and more. When we arrived she had kindly done a food shop for us so everything we needed was there on arrival! Plus a lovely spread of food and desserts ready for us! The children loved the outdoor play area and basketball court, there was so much for them to do! We had the most beautiful night before we left where Roussa arranged birthday cakes, a Greek BBQ, Greek Dancers and gifts for us all, it was such an emotional beautiful evening that we will never forget.
The sun setting behind the mountains every evening is out of this world, the beautiful pool, I cannot wait to return! We have not stopped talking about this dream holiday since returning, we would Highly recommend to anyone considering visiting, you will not be disappointed. Roussa, we will see you again soon :) -
The most magical place on earth!
Where do I even begin!… We booked our wedding back in May2022 after meeting Roussa and her amazing family. We fell in love with the Villa and all of the family from the very beginning. It was the one and only venue we looked at and just knew it was the one! Roussa became a very special person from the moment we met her. Always at the end of the phone and helped arranging our wedding stress free and an absolute joy! We had our first baby with us who was 6 months old and Roussa went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for her. Showering her also with love and kindness. Roussa and Sakis go above and beyond to make your stay the most magical stay ever. The villa is equipped to the highest Standards with everything and more you would need during your stay.
It is surrounded by olive gardens and pure bliss. But also very close to the local town of Tsilivi which we also fell in love with. There is so much to see and do on the island and the Villa is located so central to all of these places. Her housekeeper Lida is the most caring and sweetest lady. Always ensuring the villa is kept to the highest of standards. She really works so hard! Where do I even start with the wedding. It was the most magical day of our lives and everything and more we could have ever of dreamed off. Me and my bridesmaids was given the most amazing bridal breakfast, with the most incredible tasting food. Roussa and her daughter Victoria worked so hard at. Our wedding was amazing to say the least!! The new designed bar was a massive success. So authentic and like nothing I have ever seen before.
The wedding was absolutely flawless and nothing at all could be faulted. A day all of our guests will remember forever in the most beautiful grounds. Our fairy lights made the villa feel like something out of a fairytale. It really Was stunning! As the sun went down our guests was amazing at the thousands of lights twinkling above them! The following day after the wedding Roussa helped to arrange a Hawaiian themed post wedding pool party/ BBQ. Another amazing day and Roussa and her family helped us to create so many more memories with our family And friends. Roussa and her family have become friends forever and will always hold such a special place in our hearts. Villa Bohali really is the most magical place on earth. I wish I could bottle it up as the worlds best kept secret but I wish for so many families to enjoy and make memories just as we did. Beautiful Villa and Wonderful People
Myself and my family attending a wedding at Villa Bohali and it was beautiful. The whole setting was fantastic and the facilities were amazing. The staff were so helpful and polite and the food was excellent. They hosted such a brilliant wedding for the Bride and Groom and couldn’t fault anything from a guests perspective. They even helped when my daughter suffered a wasp sting with first aid and got her some ice cream. Amazing hosts and would recommend. Thank you. -
The Best Villa you’ll ever stay at
We’ve had several Villa holidays across 7 countries - this is the best Villa we’ve had the pleasure of renting. The Villa itself is spectacular (much better than the photos). The rooms are spacious, with nice touches and modern accessories throughout. The pool is amazing, much bigger than it looks on photos (we have a family of 8 adults and 3 grandkids). Roussa and her team were fantastic, always helpful and responsive, nothing was too much trouble. We felt like part of the family. You must ask Roussa for a private Greek night, she provides incredible food and dancers which makes for a great evening. The location is good, easy access to Zante town or Laganas (10 min drive each). Roussa also helped us with a minibus when needed. Best place we visited was Tsilivi - it has a good beach, restaurants were good with live music in the evening.

Simply perfection
What can I say and where do I start...this villa is truly exceptional. From the moment I emailed Roussa, before visiting, about arranging a party for my Dads 70th birthday, I knew her hospitality would shine…..but boy did it! From the minute you arrive you can see the love that has been put into creating this holiday haven. Beautiful inside and out. Simply stunning. So clean and beautifully presented.. Everything has been thought about and it there is anything Roussa is in hand to help. We were greeted by her at the villa, with drinks cold and waving for us, both alcoholic and non alcoholic for the children. Roussa then sent out for gyros for us all and so kindly paid herself. The cupboards and fridges were stocked with so much lovely food and drink and amazing little ice creams for us all. There were hats and slippers for all and the toiletries are delightful. The villa is full of mod cons and everything you could need . I hope Roussa as stocked up the jellies and sweets for the next guests as we all enjoyed them! The sun-beds are so comfy and the outside areas so clean also.
For my Dads 70th Roussa helped arrange a private boat trip and so kindly made so many sandwiches and sweet treats for us to take with us (all made by her and her staff) On our arrival back the kitchen was beautifully decorated with balloons and lights and a little gift for my Dad. Later that night Roussa and her family and staff created a feast for us with so much amazing food! Her prawn Saganaki and beef stifado were amazing along with plenty of other meats and salads etc. We were stuffed. There was also Greek dancers. Who had all of us on our feet! A stunning cake was also on hand! It was a magical evening. Roussa is always on hand and was so helpful with finding nice beaches etc.
Lyda the house cleaner (and so much more) kept the villa pristine and quieter worked away but worked so hard. The little cottage is also beautiful and used for a few nights by the eldest child a few nights, who loved the independence whilst being super staff. On the day we left Roussa came to say goodbye and brought us all little gifts. The hospitality shown here is what makes everything so perfect and it was perfect. Resort- Like!A must for a group up to 12
The Villa was a dream come true! Gorgeous inside and out- Top quality appliances, customized details and decor in each and every room/ bathroom- Everything was spotless- so clean and everything and more we needed. The outdoor was a resort in itself! From a gorgeous pool, to a cabana, to basketball court, ping pong table- massage- workout area- Customized central AC unit with personal remote controls in each room. So comfortable and cool! The best part was the hostess- Roussa- she made our experience extra special- she was accessible and made sure we had everything we needed! This is a must if you are traveling to Zakynthos with a group of people. I think it sleeps 12 but we had 9 people in our party and had plenty of room for privacy- there’s also a fantastic cottage on the property! We will definitely be back to visit again!

Absolutely beautiful!The villa has to be seen to be believed! It was absolutely incredible as both a retreat and our wedding venue! Roussa and Sakis are some of if not the best hosts we have ever come across and quite literally cannot do more for you during your stay! We cannot wait to return some day!

10 star experience!
Our three-night stay to celebrate my friend's hen do was an absolute dream, thanks to this incredible villa. The villa itself was nothing short of breathtaking and the outdoor space offered a flawless sanctuary to relax and enjoy. Every single detail added a touch of magic, elevating the entire weekend to new heights. However, what truly set this villa apart was Roussa, the owner. From the very start in planning the hen, Roussa was there to help at every moment, truly going above and beyond. The welcome "snacks" provided (more like a lunch feast!) were incredibly delicious, with every dietary requirement catered for. And the Greek night food and entertainment surpassed all expectations. Roussa's exceptional hospitality added an extra layer of beauty to our experience. We are eternally grateful for her and for the opportunity to stay in her exquisite villa. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the exceptional accommodation and the even more remarkable hospitality. We love you Roussa and can't wait to return one day!

The best stay
We have been fortunate enough to travel to many places both far and wide, have stayed in some truly amazing places and Villa Bohali is up there with THE very best. The villa is absolutely stunning, the pictures do not do it justice as somehow, it is even more beautiful in real life. All of the bedrooms are so unique and fabulous in their own way. It has everything you could ever want or need and more, the hosts have literally thought of everything and the attention to detail is second to none. The villa is impeccably clean with a cleaner coming almost every day as well to keep on top of things. Roussa and her family (the hosts) are the best we’ve ever dealt with! They cannot do enough for you, they make your stay perfect from start to finish. From the moment we met her (before we’d even booked), we were made to feel so welcome and looked after and that nothing at all was too much trouble.
We were lucky enough to not only stay here but also hold our wedding here as well. It honestly was the best day of our lives, the villa and it’s grounds were the most perfect venue and complemented our chosen decor perfectly. Roussa was there every step of the way on the day to help things go exactly right. We would recommend this incredible villa to anyone wishing to visit Zakynthos, trust us, you will NOT regret it!
