The middle house of a three villa complex, the one hundred and thirty metre squared Villa Stoupa is built over two floors, and can comfortably sleep up to four guests, or five with the additional sofa bed. The villa commands stunning Aegean Sea views, and is located in the tranquil village of Stoupa on the Western Mani Peloponnese Peninsula.

The villa has its own parking spot, comes complete with complimentary Wi-Fi and air-conditioning throughout, and a safety box for your valuables. Villa Stoupa 2 is decorated with contemporary furniture in neutral colours, with dashes of sea blue and sunny yellow highlights.  To make your holiday a home from home at Villa Stoupa 2, all of the guest rooms have hairdryers, beach robes and slippers, beach and pool towels, and lovely bathroom amenities.

Enter the villa at ground floor level where you will find a spacious open plan living area. In the seating area there is a stone-grey L-shaped sofa, that can transform into a double bed, side and coffee tables, a comfy rich blue armchair, a 40” flat screen satellite channel television, whilst modern art adorns the walls, and potted succulents make the villa feel like a home. The dining area is a contemporary wooden table with bench seating and chairs, perfect for some indoor entertaining. A fully equipped all white kitchen has all you need to cook up a storm during your stay, not to mention the obligatory espresso machine for your morning coffee, and a mini bar. An ultra-modern bathroom with walk-in shower, wash basin, and WC completes the ground floor.

Take the stairs to the first floor where you will find two large bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom is tastefully decorated in cool whites and soft greys, with a king size bed, beige armchair, fitted wardrobes and a 50” flat screen HD Smart TV. The second bedroom has two twin beds, that can be made into a double bed, fully furnished and has its own 50” flat screen TV. Both bedrooms have French doors that lead onto their own sea view balconies furnished with bistro table and chairs. There is a second larger bathroom with a pebble wall walk-in shower, vanity unit and WC.

Access the terrace from the ground floor, where there is a large rectangular private pool, a lovely stretch of lawn for sunbathing, comfortable sun loungers with shaded parasols, an alfresco stone shower, and a wicker seating lounging area. A raised area is home to a generous sized sea view fun in the sun jacuzzi and a wicker seating set where you can watch the sun set over the horizon whilst sipping a cocktail or two.
