Villa Antti is the perfect hub to experience Greece’s breathtaking natural wonders of scenic beaches, lush foliage and quaint country villages. Engulfed by the panoramic Messinian Bay, this award-winning four-bedroom holiday home sleeps up to eight guests.
Perched at an altitude of 120 m from the ocean, it overlooks the stunning gorge of Nandi. Spend a day exploring the charming hamlet of Kardamyli (4km) in Western Mani, or stay indoors savouring a wealth of facilities. This elegant estate greets you with a sprawling sun deck, flanked by fragrant olive groves. Sip on cocktails against a magical backdrop of the Taygetos mountains. Luxuriate in the private infinity pool, surrounded by daybeds and comfy loungers. Well-manicured gardens are perfect for family gourmet picnics, while al-fresco dining tables offer an opportunity for wave-watching over supper.
The interiors are a space of cutting-edge designs and inviting rooms. There are two living areas, both bright and airy — with chic, minimalist decor and elegant lines. Employing a soft colour palette and white-washed interiors, it combines soothing aesthetics with great functionality.
You’ll love hobnobbing with friends and family in this area. Curl up on the puffy sofa and watch your favourite TV shows. Sizzle up the crackling fireplace on wintery nights. Or, gather around the indoor dining table and entertain one another with stories from your day. Large glass doors allow abundant natural light and open onto the patio and swimming pool.
Whip up local delicacies in the two kitchens provided. Modern and open-plan, both are fully functioning and well-equipped. All bedrooms are comfy and elegant, kitted with en-suite bathrooms. Enjoy mornings of solitude on spacious balconies. Or, make most of the high-speed WiFi and cosy workspaces dotted around the house. While three bedrooms accommodate two guests each, the fourth bedroom can sleep up to four guests. Three additional bathrooms are also provided.
A perfect combination of privacy and activity, there’s much to do in and around the villa — go swimming, snorkelling and hiking. Dine out or relax indoors.

About the surrounding area of Villa AnttiVilla Antti is located in Mani, en route to the village of Proastio. A three-hour drive will take you to the vibrant city of Athens. The city of Kalamata is 38 km away, while the airport of Kalamata is 47 km. A treasure trove of picturesque beaches, Kalamata is an all-season getaway. With a 5 km stretch of sultry sands from Verga to the city’s port, it’s home to a myriad of oceanview hotels, restaurants and bars.
The beautiful waters of Rista Beach are a favourite among watersport enthusiasts. Go fishing, canoeing and snorkelling or spend time strolling its magical coastlines. Adrenaline junkies will, especially delight in parasailing and scuba diving. Rent a kayak and explore the mesmerising beaches of Stoupa and bask in the unique Byzantine culture in Agios Nikolaos. Go mountain biking or hike up to the top of Taygetos, the highest peak of the Peloponnese. Other popular attractions include Chalikias, Salio and Kalamitsi. You’re sure to have an enriching time at the Museum of Victoria G Karelias. Learn about the country’s fascinating history and get an insight into its awe-inspiring culture.
The centre of Kardamyli is 5 mins away from the villa. There are several charming villages near Kardamyli, well worth a visit. Explore the hidden gems of Itilo and Areopolis or plan a trip to the captivating Diros caves. The cobblestone streets of Old Kardamyli have a charm of their own. Go cafe hopping or marvel at the grand Tower of Mourtzinos. Visit the age-soaked church of Agios Spiridon. Built in Byzantium, it boasts a striking belfry.

Getting There
How to reach Peloponnese
You can easily reach Loutraki, the main seaside resort on the Peloponnese peninsula. Loutraki is located approximately 80 km from Athens and you can arrive to Loutraki through the National road.

Best Suited For: TeensVilla Antti isn't suitable for young families and has a policy of 12 years upwards.
The pool is ideal for some outdoor fun. Picnic under the tropical sun and take quiet strolls along the beach. Little ones can collect pretty shells and make sand castles, while older kids can take surfing lessons or try kayaking at the nearby beach.
Enjoy a friendly game of tennis on sprawling courts in Stoupa Messinias or go horse riding amidst lush green forests.
