Escape to the beauty of the country and surround yourself with privacy, peace and nature in the outstanding Villa Artemida. Set in illustrious Greece, Villa Artemida is wonderful for families and groups of up to eight guests!
Combining traditional Greek architecture with chic décor and furnishings and modern design, the villa is a testament to the beauty that awaits you within the region! Interiors provide rustic settings for you to relax in and its location on a hill, affords guests breathtaking vistas whilst on the spacious and multi-faceted exterior!
Minimalistic and simple, the villa makes perfect use of its expanse and offers what you will need to ensure you are both comfortable and satisfied. Lounge pleasantly in the living area on the ground floor of this villa which houses plump sofas for you and five guests to come together and unwind after a day of adventure! Make it extra special and feel like a proper country experience, by turning on the fireplace and recanting tales! This lounge area is also able to support a fully-equipped kitchen, where you can whip-up amazing dishes from the fresh and mouth-watering foods that the country produces!
Guests can choose from several bedrooms across the two lovely floors of this villa! When the day is done, you can find your rest in the spacious bedroom downstairs, with two single beds that can be joined together to present a double bed! Guests can access the bathroom directly from here as well as the terrace! Upstairs you will find the second bedroom and the final master bedroom! Guests have a wonderful double bed to snooze on in the second bedroom and access to the bathroom on this floor. The master bedroom is massive and able to boast en-suite washbasin and large wardrobes and a desk-like private space as well as another snuggly double-bed! Guests lucky enough to stay in this room can make use of the private terrace offering great panorama views towards the sea and the village, to enjoy morning brews or nightcaps with! In addition is a recently added private double ensuite room just outside by the pool, this has a separate entrance to the main house.
Outside, guests are welcome to dine alfresco on exceptional tables that highlight the rustic allure of this home. Step down to the outdoor pool to enjoy panoramic vistas whilst you cool off from the sun or simply find yourself a spot to chill in, such as the hammock and sink into the tranquillity ever-present here!

About the surrounding area of Villa ArtemidaGreece has inspired some the greatest tales ever written by man and once you get here, it's not hard to understand why! With enchanting terrains that sit on land and against the sea, foods that look as if they have been cast down from heaven and a host of things to do, its no wonder that Greece has been drawing in tourists since the dawn of civilisation!
Your stay in Agios Georgios Nilias means you are situated in the midst of one of the most naturally beautiful landscapes. Steep and slanting, the region sees its locals farm the rich lands to produce a myriad of goods to be sold and exported such as olives, chestnuts, cherries, pears and apples! With an easy-going way of life, it's not hard to truly escape and take it easy in this area!
You can get right into nature and admire the historic and charming settings around you, courtesy of mountain bikes and foot hikes! You have over twenty-four villages to choose your exploration in, as well as roads dating tens of thousands of years ago, which to this day still help connect village to village! Visit ancient sites such as Sesklo, where you can see ruins from the Roman eras! For some photo-worthy scenes head upwards and visit mountains and plains that give views across the entire region. While you're here you can visit the famous Mount Olympus!
A myriad of beaches sits below you on the Pagasetic Gulf, providing soft, golden sand shores and waters of a collection of blue hues that sparkle in the sun! Sit back and soak in the rays of the sun or bask in the waters of the remarkable sea as you sip an iced cold frappe! Beaches such as Potistika offer more serene settings whilst popular beaches such as Koropi are far more built-up, so you can expect a variety of places to eat by the seaside and activities on the water to amuse and entertain! Try your hand at a variety of sports such as sailing, windsurfing, surfing, water skiing or sea kayaking!
Volos Airport has Easyjet flights from the UK twice a week. Austrian Airlines also flies from Europe.

The inclusion of two single beds as well as two doubles, across three rooms means that you can easily accommodate different ages throughout the family! The ground floor bedroom with the two singles, gives immediate access to the garden, so kids who sleep here can play all day and night and also gives access to the bathroom on this floor for quick convenience! Upstairs the older children and adults can choose between the two rooms both housing double-beds!
Adults need not worry in regards to cooking and when it gets too late or conditions aren't right to travel in, as you have the luxury of the fully-equipped kitchen which will see to it that all mouths are fed!
The lush vegetation and elevated location of the villa provide unrivalled privacy as well as spectacular views which will only serve to make your stay that much more exclusive and provide photo-worthy backdrops for you to take divine snaps! The outdoor area features different levels to provide the outdoor amenities and space families can truly escape in! Lounge on comfy sofas or even sway lazily in a hammock as you watch the sunset across the heavenly surrounding area or take to the table and chairs outside and dine alfresco with the whole family! A barbecue and outdoor kitchen with a sink will help you prepare an unforgettable meal for the family to enjoy and when you're done, kids can splash in the outdoor pool and gaze across mountain and sea!
In Agios Georgios Nilias, children can connect with nature and fully explore the luscious terrain that sits around them! If they are old enough, get your family active at the same time with mountain-bike hire and explore the environment dynamically!
Families can spend entire days out at Volos, a busy and lively city just thirty-minutes from the villa. Head to Alikes Beach, where adults can relax on sun-loungers and under parasols, served by waiters from the beachside bars and cafes and children can frolic on the long, sandy beach or in the shallow and calm waters, which make them safe and accessible for all ages of families. Alongside native restaurants, here families can dine at international restaurants and global franchises which serve more familiar flavours!

Beautiful retreat
Villa Artemida is located in a beautiful rustic area of Pelion, reaching it with an unforgettable curvy little road up the mountains from Velos. The house is overlooking the outstanding view of the surroundings of the area and the sea. It was fully equipped with everything, clean and very pleasant. We loved especially the great balcony/veranda of the living room, were we had our meals, read and gazed into the future.

The best place in the whole world!
Nothing... literally nothing has been forgotten in this home. We have been twice it has epic views and such clever little touches to make you smile. I even found an SOS pack under the sink with toothpaste and other items just in case! The pool is tended to each day, there are beach towels and absolutely every amenity you need to ensure that you are as comfortable. THANK YOU for giving us the best holiday, two years in a row.

Superb
Situated in a picturesque location with superb views, Villa Artemida is very well designed and thought off, providing a cozy atmosphere and an eclectic vibe.
It is extremely well equipped with great amenities accommodating the 6 of us (my wife, parents and in-laws) for a week very comfortably. Our time there was an absolute treat and we are very much looking forward to come back. -
Perfect vacation house
The house located in Pelion on the mountains is not far from Volos, there are stores in the cities around.
The house is designed beautifully, and in a smart way, and you have everything you need in the kitchen down to electrical scales. Information about anything you need for your vacation what to do where to go down to walking trails is provided.
We think seriously to go again to the same place next year ( we usually do not go to the same place twice). Pelion is a pearl and is a must visit a place with lots of nature and very nice beaches. Cons: We wish we had more time there. -
