The villa is part of a small complex made up of six unique detached properties, located in the valley of Petaloudes, in Glisadia on the southern coastline of the beautiful Greek island of Paros. These architect-designed properties are built in the traditional Cycladic style of whitewashed stone, on the slope of a large two-acre plus estate, set in an ancient olive grove. The villas have been purposely positioned to be protected from the north winds, and maximise those enchanting turquoise Aegean Sea views. The villa interiors are light and airy, furnished with contemporary pieces, with lots of natural light-coloured woods, and decorated in a palette of crisp cool whites and soft hues of blues, which gives them a classic beach house vibe. All the villas come with independent entrances, private parking for two cars, and complimentary Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout. Use of a shared fourteen metre by eight-metre sea view swimming pool, set in a generous five hundred square metre terrace, is included. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers and shady parasols, and there is an adjacent relaxing lounge and bar, and changing facilities too.

The villas benefit from an on-site Concierge, who can arrange anything from yacht charters, daily boat trips, and sight-seeing tours, to in-house dining, restaurant reservations, and yoga and wellness therapies. The property can be booked in advance and by prior arrangement to host social events and the wedding of your dreams. Most importantly, the nearest family-friendly sandy beach is but a short drive away.

Villa Topher is enclosed within its own grounds, with a stone wall, and a small garden in front of the lower terrace. Enter the villa at the upper level to discover a light and airy elegant holiday home of stylish open-plan living, with floor-to-ceiling shuttered French doors. The seating area has a built-in white L-shaped sofa, covered with every hue of sea blue scatter cushions, with some rustic chairs and coffee tables, facing a forty-two inch flat screen television. There is an adjacent wood and white well-equipped kitchen, fully fitted with everything you will need to cater for your holiday, including a family-size fridge freezer, and that must-have Nespresso morning coffee maker. There is a long wooden dining table with eight upholstered white chairs, ideal for some informal indoor entertaining. The four beautifully appointed spacious double bedrooms can be found on the lower level. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a forty-inch television, an ensuite contemporary bathroom with a stone hand basin and walk-in shower, and access to the sea view terrace. The second and third bedrooms both have queen size beds, access to the terrace, and share a bathroom. The fourth bedroom has two single beds and an ensuite bathroom. A shared storage space and laundry room complete the lower level.

The seventy-five square metre terrace has a dual aspect, giving it sun and shade at different times of the day. The lower level sea views terrace has an eight-seater jacuzzi, surrounded by strategically positioned deep cushioned sun loungers, easy chairs, and a soft seating area. The upper terrace has a built-in lounge seating area, a suspended swing chair, and an alfresco eight-seater table, where you can dine under a Grecian sky with mountain and sea views.
