Spanning 189 sqm, the villa offers bright, open-plan living areas characterised by clean lines, natural materials and earthy tones. The main living space includes a comfortable lounge area and a fully equipped contemporary kitchen. Large panoramic windows maximise natural light and frame the surrounding views. Outdoors, a shaded terrace with a dining table provides an inviting space for al fresco meals.
The ground floor bedroom includes a double bed, a sofa bed suitable for a child, garden views and direct access to the pool and patio area. This room also features a private outdoor bathtub. A guest WC is located on the ground floor. On the first floor, two spacious bedrooms each offer a double bed, en-suite bathroom and access to a furnished terrace with seating and sea views. One of these bedrooms also includes a sofa bed.
All bedrooms are equipped with high-quality Greek sleep systems, air conditioning and LED televisions. Outside, guests can enjoy a private 5m x 15m swimming pool with sun loungers. The villa is also fitted with an alarm system for added security.
