Villa Peristeron is a contemporary three-bedroom villa located just 600 metres from the beach and the village of Agios Ioannis Peristeron on Corfu's east coast. Designed with sustainability in mind, the villa showcases distinctive subterranean architecture that blends seamlessly into the surrounding landscape while making the most of panoramic views across the Ionian Sea. Sleeping up to six guests, it offers a peaceful setting for families or groups looking to enjoy Corfu's coastline.
The villa features bright and spacious living areas, including an open-plan lounge, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Three comfortable bedrooms are arranged across two floors, two with en-suite bathrooms, while one bedroom offers flexible twin or king-size bedding to suit different group arrangements. A separate family bathroom and a dedicated laundry room add extra convenience for longer stays.
Outside, the private unheated overflow swimming pool takes centre stage, surrounded by sun loungers and terraces overlooking the sea. A covered outdoor dining area provides the perfect spot for al fresco meals, while the villa's elevated position allows guests to enjoy uninterrupted coastal views throughout the day. With private parking, modern comforts, and the beach and local amenities within easy reach, Villa Peristeron provides a comfortable and well-located base for a stay on Corfu's east coast.
