This two-storey, detached villa has four spacious ensuite double bedrooms, and can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests, ideal for a family holiday, or friends’ get together. Villa Tharo is set on its own grounds, surrounded by ancient olive and sweet-scented pine trees. The villa has well maintained lawned gardens and a tiled terrace that is home to a private swimming pool.

The property comes with all the mod cons, including complimentary air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout, ethernet connections, satellite TV in all the rooms,  and secure parking. The architect and designers have ensured the villa is fitted and dressed with only the very best of everything, from COCO-MAT mattresses to Westinghouse appliances. The villa is constructed out of traditional local stone, with floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors that open onto sea and mountain view terraces. The interiors are laid-back elegance, furnished with handcrafted contemporary pieces designed by the owners, and decorated in a soothing colour palette of natural earth tones.

Enter the villa at ground floor level where you will be welcomed by a light and airy open plan living space, with doors that give access to the sea view pool terrace. The seating area has a wood and dove grey sofa with matching chairs, coffee and side tables, and a 65” flat-screen television. The adjacent eight seater oak table is perfect for indoor entertaining. The Italian white lacquer kitchen is fully equipped with all integrated appliances which you will need to cater for your holiday, including the essential Nespresso coffee maker with pods, and a Greek coffee pot. The first of the four bedrooms can be found on this floor, with a double bed, a writing desk, a flat-screen television, an ensuite shower room, and access to the pool terrace, for those who like a swim before breakfast. A guest cloakroom and store cupboard complete the ground floor. Take the stairs to the first floor, where you will find three similar ensuite bedrooms, one with a double bed, and two with twin beds.

Step outside onto the sea-view tiled terrace with a shaded veranda. Take a cooling dip in the step-entry, infinity swimming, and relax on the surrounding sun loungers. Enjoy morning coffee and evening cocktails at the shaded soft seating set. Take a walk around the Mediterranean-style gardens, with a manicured lawn. Cool off in the summer sun under the outside rain shower. As the sun sets meet at the eight seater dining set, perfectly positioned under the jasmine covered pergola, and feast alfresco with dishes freshly grilled on the charcoal grill, and raise of glass of local wine to the most memorable holiday.
