This stylish one-bedroom villa, set between the idyllic beaches of Megas Gialos and Achladi, is a haven of soft sea breezes, sweeping Aegean views and understated elegance. Whether you are planning a romantic escape or a small family getaway, Villa Nerina is ideally based to savour the beauty of Syros.

The villa’s design speaks to lovers of simplicity and style. A modern take on Cycladic architecture pairs whitewashed walls with natural textures, while tall windows open to your very own terrace where the Aegean stretches endlessly before you. Indoors, light-filled spaces include an open-plan kitchen and living-dining area, a spacious double bedroom and an open-plan bathroom with rain shower. A comfortable sofa bed in the living space makes the home equally suited to a small family.

Outside, your own pool glistens in the sun, with loungers and sea views that shift with the light. From morning swims and sunlit breakfasts to evenings with a glass of wine under the stars, every moment here feels restful.

Part of a large residence with four dwellings perched above Syros’ southern coast, Villa Nerina offers a superb base just minutes from some of the island’s most charming beaches. Explore Megas Gialos’ gentle shallows, the pretty cove of Achladi or wander through nearby villages like Vari and Poseidonia. Ermoupolis, the capital, lies just 15 minutes away, where elegant neoclassical architecture meets vibrant cafés, galleries and pretty shops.

For a stay where simplicity meets sophistication, Villa Nerina welcomes you to experience this stunning Cycladic island.
