Set against the backdrop of Oia, Villa Viewpoint 2 offers a private and self-contained retreat designed for guests seeking space, comfort and a sense of seclusion. Covering 233 sq.m across two floors, with an additional 316 sq.m of outdoor garden space, the villa accommodates up to eight guests and is particularly well suited to families with older children (12+) and groups of friends.

The villa has been thoughtfully designed to maximise its connection with the surrounding landscape. Large windows and sliding glass doors allow natural light to flood the interiors, while creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living spaces. Throughout the property, guests can enjoy views of Santorini’s distinctive scenery.

Outside, generous terraces provide ample space for relaxation and socialising. A barbecue area, fire pits and outdoor dining spaces create an inviting setting for meals and gatherings, while two outdoor Jacuzzis offer a place to unwind. Guests also have access to a private gym equipped with modern fitness facilities, alongside a sauna for added wellness and relaxation.

The villa features four bathrooms, each fitted with a shower, ensuring convenience and comfort for all guests.

A range of services is also available to enhance the stay, including direct villa check-in, daily housekeeping and concierge assistance. Location

illa Viewpoint 1 enjoys access to the sister resort Santo Pure featuring an award-winning spa, an all-day Greek-inspired restaurant & bar, and six outdoor swimming pools. Perched on a rugged hillside overlooking Ammoudi Bay, the villa lies just north of Oia on the Cycladic island of Santorini, surrounded by the azure waters of the Aegean Sea. It is a scenic thirty-minute drive from Santorini International Airport and forty-five minutes from the port of Athinios. Ammoudi Bay is a fifteen-minute walk away, while the beaches of Baxedes and Coloumbo are within easy reach. The island’s renowned red and white beaches can be reached in around thirty minutes.

The historic town of Oia is a captivating fishing village with winding lanes, charming boutiques, and iconic Greek Orthodox churches. Stroll past windmills, explore the Naval Museum, or cliff-dive into Ammoudi Bay before dining on fresh seafood at a local taverna and witnessing one of Santorini’s unforgettable sunsets. Hike the nine-kilometre Caldera trail to Fira, where museums, including the Wine Museum and the Museum of Prehistoric Thera, await.

Visit Pyrgos village in the foothills of Mount Profitis Ilias, known for its medieval alleyways, family-run tavernas, and celebrated Assyrtiko vineyards. Explore ancient Akrotiri, the Arygyros Mansion, or take a boat trip to the volcanic islets of Nea and Palia Kameni. From sunset cruises to photography tours, Santorini offers an unforgettable blend of culture, history, and natural beauty.

Getting to and around

Capture that picture-perfect shot of white-washed houses, windmills and terraces backed by the incredible caldera. Fairytale style Oia is on the north-western tip of Santorini Island and is also famed for its romantic sunset as the charming village glows in hues of pink, purple, orange and yellow. In a perched position with rugged cliffs below, the pedestrianised village of Oia is utterly enchanting. Explore the narrow lanes with boutiques, souvenir shops, cave houses and taverna terraces, follow twisting cobbled staircases and come across glimpses of the famous blue domes of Agios Spyridon Church, the ruins of Agios Nikolaos Castle and the glistening water.

The most energetic of guests can brave the steep steps down to Ammoudi Bay, a charming little fishing village with tavernas serving fresh seafood by the water’s edge. There’s a little rocky bay within a short hike where you can sit and watch courageous tourists jump from the cliffs as yachts sail by. Visitors from across the island gather on Oia’s iconic terraces at sunset. To avoid the crowds, there are many other beautiful places where you can get the perfect photo as evening nears – book a sunset cruise or a kayaking excursion, venture up to Mávro Vounó Hill or discover another spot along the rugged western coast facing the caldera and its islands.

Beyond Oia, discover the most stunning vistas of the caldera by following the 10km long hiking path to Fira, walking along the rim of the caldera with the steep volcanic cliffs below, gazing out towards the volcanic islands. The sunken caldera is one of the oldest natural wonders of the world, formed during a devastating volcanic eruption in the Minoan era. Pack good walking shoes (some parts of the trail are more challenging than others), plenty of water and head off early or late to avoid the heat of the midday sun – the scenery is absolutely incredible (especially heading back towards the north-west at sunset). As you approach the end of the hike, stop off in Imerovigli and climb the village steps for views of domes, belltowers and bougainvillea-clad terraces, again backed by the captivating caldera, then continue on to Fira, the welcoming capital of Santorini Island.
