The living areas are spread over two spacious floors, with the ground floor offering a fabulous, open-plan living area, with patio doors opening out to the sunny terrace, providing the perfect atmosphere for gatherings and family evenings in!
The kitchen has bright windows, providing light all-round the day into the villa whilst also giving a lovely view out to the swimming pool, ideal for keeping an eye on children, whilst whipping up some family classics! There is a sociable dining area, offering plenty of room for everyone to come together and spend some quality time. The lounge is modern and stylish, with a double ceiling height, allowing sunlight to flood in and enliven the space, creating a truly special, relaxing atmosphere.
There is one double bedroom on the ground floor, boasting an en-suite bathroom and access out to the terrace. The final two twin rooms are located on the first floor, offering private bathrooms, elegant balconies, air-conditioning and televisions, perfect for those private moments you want to yourself.
Outside, the unique location of the villa offers a private outlook and space for you to spread out and relax without the worry of being overlooked. The fabulous private pool proves popular with kids and adults alike, great for cooling off on hot summer days. There is a large dining table and chairs, with a handy barbecue so you can enjoy the al-fresco lifestyle throughout each day of your holiday.
