Villa Scepter is a contemporary three-bedroom villa set on a hillside near Falassarna, on the western coast of Crete. Located around 800 metres from the sandy beach, the villa enjoys open views across the Cretan Sea and surrounding landscape, with its elevated position providing a particularly scenic setting for sunsets.
Arranged over two floors, the villa has three bedrooms, including two first-floor bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and a further bedroom on the ground floor. The interiors have a modern design, with an open-plan living area incorporating a fully equipped kitchen, dining space and comfortable lounge with a Smart TV. Large glass doors connect the main living space directly with the terrace and pool area.
Outside, Villa Scepter has a private swimming pool with a designated children's section, surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas. A separate lounge area with outdoor sofas and a firepit provides space to relax while taking in the sea views. There is also a shaded outdoor dining area beneath a pergola, alongside a charcoal barbecue and preparation area with a sink and storage.
The villa's terraces and balconies make the most of its hillside setting, offering several places to enjoy the surrounding views and outdoor space. Pool heating is available free of charge on request during selected periods in spring and autumn, subject to weather conditions and advance notice. Private parking is also provided.
Villa Scepter forms part of a small complex of three independent villas, each with its own private facilities. Due to the hillside location, the final 600 metres of the approach is along an unpaved road, and an SUV is recommended for easier access.
- On request, the swimming pool can be heated from March until the end of May and from mid-September until the end of November
- This contemporary complex also includes Villa Epidote and Villa Pyrite so if you need some extra space, you can book one or both of them. You are also welcome to have one guest sleeping in the living area
- Though the interiors of Villa Scepter are fantastic, you are likely to spend most of your time on the terrace at this superb villa, captivated by the views and sunsets
- Access to the villa is via an off-road track, so care should be taken when approaching the property.
