Villa Grammeno

Villa Grammeno is a luxury, beachside villa, on the tranquil south-west side of Crete. Set on an exclusive resort of just three neighbouring villas, this two-storey villa with private pool, will happily accommodate four adults for a quiet and relaxing holiday.

This contemporary villa features a stunning open-plan living, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is set to the highest specifications with full modern amenities including, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator and two types of coffee machine. This is accompanied with a gorgeous dining table of glass and wood that sits perfectly next to the kitchen area. In the living space there is a comfortable sofa, which can be converted into a handy sofa bed, a minimalist coffee table, pellet stove, and satellite television to enjoy a movie whilst cuddled up to a cosy fire. You’ll also find a helpful family shower room on this level.

Upstairs, you’ll come to the master bedroom. The room incorporates the white walls, open stonework and wooden beams and glass doors and immense windows that create a bright open feel.  The huge double bed is extremely comfortable and send you off to a blissful night’s sleep. The bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom which features sandy-coloured tiles and a walk-in rain shower.  The bedroom, by way of the glass doors, provides access to the large, shaded balcony that has terrific views of the beach and surrounding areas.

Moving outside, you’ll find the beautiful private pool. From here one can enjoy a quick dip or sit comfortably next to it under the shaded veranda area or sunbathe on the sunbeds. There is also direct access to the two fabulous beaches: one stone and one sand, just steps away!
