Beach View Estate is located on the shores of Korfalonas, just metres from the water’s edge. Comprising two neighbouring villas, the estate offers a convenient option for larger families or groups travelling together while providing separate living spaces. Its location also provides a good base for exploring Western Crete, with beaches, local restaurants and attractions within the surrounding area.
The estate offers eight bedrooms across the two villas, alongside multiple living, kitchen and dining areas. Interiors feature a light colour palette, natural materials and contemporary furnishings.
The larger villa is arranged over two levels and has six bedrooms. The main level features an open-plan living, kitchen and dining area with large windows and patio doors overlooking the surroundings. There are three bedrooms on this level, comprising two doubles and one twin, each with an en-suite bathroom.
The lower level provides an additional open-plan living area as well as a wine cellar. Three further double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and a shared bathroom and access to a private balcony with mountain views.
The second villa accommodates guests across two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. There is also an open-plan living, kitchen and dining area with large windows overlooking the surrounding landscape. A sofa bed provides additional sleeping space when required.
Outside, each villa has its own infinity pool and terrace with a shaded pergola. The outdoor areas provide space for swimming, relaxing and dining outdoors, with views towards the Aegean Sea.
With two separate villas, private pools and a beachfront location, Beach View Estate provides flexible accommodation for groups wishing to stay together while exploring Western Crete.

- Pool heating is only possible in one of the two beachfront villas (Aegean View Villa or Kissamos Beach Villa) to be paid locally upon arrival. Not simultaneously. Please check before booking.
