On the ground floor, a large open-plan living area offers guests the opportunity to co-exist in one space, enjoying each other’s company even when occupied with different tasks. The kitchen is sleek and stylish, with all the equipment you need to enjoy cooking as a family. A circular dining table sits within the kitchen, laid out for intimate meals as a group.
A contemporary fireplace sits in the open divide between the dining and lounge area adding a warmth and homeliness to the otherwise modern space. Comfortable sofas sit in the brightest corner of the room, with large sliding glass doors out to the terrace, with the panoramic views often stealing the show from the flat-screen television!
