This distinctive 130 m² villa features a private heated pool and is situated just a few minutes from the beaches of Kokkini Hani, with easy access to Heraklion. Designed to accommodate up to six guests, the villa is well suited to families or small groups seeking privacy and comfort.
The interior includes a bright open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. Modern furnishings and amenities provide a comfortable setting, including air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV with satellite channels, and a dedicated workspace. The kitchen is equipped for preparing and enjoying meals at home. A covered balcony offers a shaded outdoor seating area, suitable for relaxing at any time of day.
The villa comprises three bedrooms, each with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and quality linens. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, while two additional bathrooms with modern showers serve the remaining rooms.
