Beachfront Villa Ammos is a beachfront retreat nestled between the charming town of Lefkimmi and vibrant Kavos, set within a peaceful olive grove estate. This newly built, contemporary Ionian-style villa blends Aegean tones with high-end features, including a private swimming pool with jacuzzi, a luxury Hamman, and a stunning seafront deck for alfresco living. Ideal for relaxation, it offers two elegant king bedrooms and a stylish double sofabed, comfortably sleeping six guests.
Though fully private, Villa Ammos is part of an exclusive estate, giving guests access to premium shared services such as a fully equipped outdoor gym, in-villa massages, yoga sessions, personal trainers, chef-prepared dining, speedboat trips to Paxos and Antipaxos, and even professional photography.
The villa’s architecture is sleek and minimalist, with two crisp white buildings linked by wooden joists. Inside, the open-plan living space flows seamlessly to the outdoor deck through vast bi-fold doors, creating a bright, harmonious atmosphere. The modern kitchen is well-equipped, while the lounge area features a home cinema system with satellite TV and Netflix.
Landscaped gardens with exotic grasses and palms surround the property, and the rear iroko-wood deck offers plush dining and lounging furniture. Just steps away, a private beach with luxury loungers and parasols completes the scene. With indulgent touches such as luxury toiletries, bathrobes, and a walk-in rainfall shower, Villa Ammos delivers refined, understated elegance for discerning travellers.
- Villa Ammos enjoys it own private swimming pool, jacuzzi and hamman. There are additional facilities available such as an open air gym that you can share with other guests on the estate
- Please let our Concierge Team know if you would like the estate managers to arrange a welcome hamper, in-villa catering, pool heating, baby equipment, barbecue facilities, transfers etc before your trip. Of course these are offered at an extra cost
- Although there are just two bedrooms in the villa, there is also a very high-end double sofa bed if you would like to book Villa Ammos for 6 guests
