The villa is eco-friendly, a strong photovoltaic system powers the swimming pool, all the appliances, indoor and outdoor lighting, and the whole property.

Upon entering the villa, guests are greeted by a spacious and tastefully decorated living room, bathed in natural light streaming through large windows that offer panoramic views of the expansive grounds. The adjacent room consists of twin single beds (convertible to a king-size bed), and a furnished private balcony with views over the valley.
