- You will occupy the small farmhouse. As shown in the photos, it sits next to the owner’s main house, however they live abroad so their house will not be occupied (and there are no immediate neighbours).
- Reached via steep steps, the upstairs mezzanine bedroom is open and overlooks the living-dining and kitchen space below – best suited to older children/teens (or adults who don’t mind the set-up).
- The barn next to the swimming pool (as shown in the photos) is empty.
