Villa Nature

Sitting in verdant green gardens in a quiet residential area close to the city of Biarritz, Villa Nature is a wonderful, contemporary home in a location which has something for everyone.

Villa Nature is a newly constructed house set over two floors, designed by a highly regarded local architect. The home is lined with vast windows which allow the natural light to pour in to the whitewashed rooms, there are also other unique details such as the exposed steel staircase and the feature-fireplace. While the house is modern, it is also a welcoming family home with comfy sofas, large dining spaces and inviting bedrooms.

On the ground floor, you will enter a vast, open-plan room which has three sofas gathered together around a large flatscreen TV, where you can get cosy and watch a film in the evenings. In the cooler months, there is a large fireplace to warm the room. Also in this space there is a dining table which seats 8 guests. You can prepare your meals in the sleek, high-end kitchen which has everything you could need for making meals or drinks.

When it is time to get a good night’s sleep after a busy day on the beach, there are five bedrooms to choose from. Four of the bedrooms have double beds, while the final room can be laid out as a twin room or a double room. Each bedroom has its own character which comes from the paint colours and art work on the walls and boasts an en-suite bathroom. The main bedroom is a peaceful retreat which would be perfect for a couple; this room offers a dressing room and a freestanding bath where you can indulge in a long soak with a good book.

Stepping outside, the garden is beautifully manicured. The private, heated swimming pool takes centre stage and is great for taking a refreshing dip on a hot day. You are able to lounge in the sun on the poolside sun loungers or dine al-fresco on the covered dining terrace in this idyllic space.

When you wish to get out and see some of the local area, there is so much to do nearby! The home is located in the Chiberta area of Anglet, an area which is well-known for its amazing golf course and a wide range of beaches which line the coast. The beaches here draw in surfers from all over Europe and offer brilliant surfing, paddle boarding and body boarding. Also near to the villa, you will find a selection of shops and restaurants within a 1.5km diameter of the home. Just 6km away from Villa Nature, you can also drive to the fantastic city of Biarritz which is one of the most popular holiday destinations in France.
