- This house is located in a residential neighbourhood on a road leading towards the coast – the coast, seasonal beachside cafes and shops are within walking/cycling distance, however a car is strongly recommended to be able to fully explore the area.
- There are steps from the street level up to the main entrance but there is also a lift from the garage which is useful when transporting shopping to the kitchen on the upper level!
