The sleek living area features air-conditioning, a single sofa-bed (possible for a third guest for a supplement), a swivel TV (with French and English channels) and a modern kitchen with high-tech appliances including an all-important espresso machine.

Talloires charming centre is on your doorstep, humming with village energy. It’s just a few steps to the bakery, the local grocery store, cafés and restaurants, while the shimmering shores of Lake Annecy lie just a 5-minute stroll away. Explore the nearby Abbaye de Talloires, picnic beside the lake, swim from a pontoon or dive into seasonal watersports - paddleboarding, sailing, wakeboarding and boat rentals await.

The famed cycle path loops around the lake, with easy access from the village. Prefer dry land? • The studio-style apartment is on the ground floor of a large house, also home to two other apartments (see La Maison de Talloires – Apartment II and Apartment III). All three apartments can be reserved together (see La Maison de Talloires).
• The studio sleeps two guests in a queen-size double bed. For a supplement, a third guest can stay using the single sofa-bed in the living area - please enquire. 
• Air-conditioning is only featured in the living area of the studio.
• There is no parking at the studio apartment, however there are public car parking spaces in the village (charges apply during certain months) and the owner will provide one complimentary parking pass. However, car is not usually needed in the summer season thanks to buses, boats and bikes. 
• This studio is for guests wishing to be in the heart of a charming lakeside village – you will be able to hear bustling village life around you. Also note restaurants and certain activities are seasonal (Talloires’ restaurants tend to close mid-October for the winter season).
• One cot and one highchair are included. Any additional equipment is available at an extra cost of €15 for a cot and €10 for a highchair, payable locally.
