Two bedrooms on this floor open directly onto the terrace and each feature their own en-suite bathrooms. Upstairs, the master suite impresses with a private terrace and spa-style en-suite, including a whirlpool bath and walk-in Moorish shower. A further suite including a charming children’s bedroom occupies the lower garden level, where there is ample space to unwind.

Tucked between the village of Cogolin and hilltop Grimaud, the villa is well located for exploring the region. Stroll the cobbled lanes of Grimaud, visit its medieval château, or venture further afield to Saint-Tropez for markets, boutiques, upmarket restaurants and Riviera glamour.
- Maison Moutarde is not suitable for children under the age of 6 years old due to the steep grounds and the unique spiral staircase inside without railings.
