The villa spans three floors, offering spacious and comfortable accommodation for up to eight guests. The ground floor features an open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a waterside terrace with a private mooring—perfect for relaxing and for docking a boat. Upstairs, there is one ensuite bedroom and a further two bedrooms which share a bathroom and separate WC, while the second floor houses the fourth bedroom alongside a roof terrace boasting spectacular views over the port.

Outside, a small front garden includes a dining table and chairs, while the waterside terrace offers additional seating, sun loungers, and direct access to the water with stunning port views. All amenities, including shops, café bars, and restaurants, are just a short walk away, along with lovely sandy beaches and water taxi services to Saint-Tropez. A hypermarket and summer amusement park are a short drive away in Port Cogolin, making Maison Geronimo an ideal holiday retreat.
