Inside, the interiors are sleek and unfussy, with crisp white walls, cool tiled floors and modern furnishings that create a sense of calm. The open-plan living and dining area flows effortlessly to the garden and pool, making it easy to drift between indoors and out. Air-conditioning throughout ensures the house remains cool even in the height of summer, while Wi-Fi and a smart TV provide modern conveniences for all.
Sleeping arrangements are generous and well distributed. Two bedrooms (one double, another with a bunk-bed) and a family bathroom are located on the ground floor, while upstairs you'll find two double bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms and balcony access. A separate studio across from the main entrance offers an additional en-suite double room, allowing Villa Perdigal to sleep up to 10 guests.
The outdoor swimming pool offers a welcome respite after a morning at the beach or a day exploring the region. Sun-loungers beckon lazy afternoons, and there are tables for al-fresco dining together.
Villa Perdigal is ideally placed to enjoy the best of the Languedoc coast. The historic riverside town of Agde is a short drive away, brimming with restaurants, cafés and colourful market stalls. For family fun, Cap d’Agde’s Aqualand water park is a short distance by car whilst other Languedoc highlights include Béziers, the Canal du Midi and the historic market town of Pézenas, not to mention the region’s wine villages and vineyards.
