Set on the edge of a traditional village with the estate’s winery and restaurant just a short stroll away, this is a fantastic place for wine-tasting, spending quality time with loved ones and exploring this superb region of southern France.
Arranged around a pretty courtyard, the residence comprises four adjoined stone cottages, each with its own kitchen, living area and two comfortable bedrooms, offering both independence and togetherness for extended families or groups of friends.
The heart of the estate beats by the poolside, where a 16-metre swimming pool and a separate children’s pool are framed by lawned gardens and views across the vines. Here, the summer kitchen transforms sunny days into long, laughter-filled evenings - it’s a space designed for feasting and celebration. A boules pitch, table tennis and floodlit tennis court offer entertainment from dawn until dusk.
Inside, the décor blends comfort and rustic charm with thoughtful details throughout. Each house has been carefully equipped for relaxed living, while a dedicated games room with snooker table, TV and bar creates a convivial hub for sociable evenings together.
The estate is located in a small village, just 30 minutes south of Carcassonne and 11km from the historic market town of Limoux, renowned for its sparkling wine and picturesque square. From here, you can explore the region’s many treasures: walk the Cathar trail, cycle along the Canal du Midi, or visit the golden beaches of Narbonne Plage, just over an hour away. A complimentary wine tasting at the nearby domaine adds a final touch to a true Languedoc experience.

- You are part of a wine estate with wonderful vineyard views. The main part of the wine estate is around 400m away where there is the winery, public tastings and restaurants. Complimentary wine-tasting can be arranged by appointment.
- The tennis court is within the wine estate, a short walk away.
- Book ahead for the estate’s restaurant – its opening times/days depend on the time of year but it is usually open Tuesday to Saturday lunchtime and evening (closed Sunday, Mondays and from end-December to early January).
