• Each of the stunning bedrooms has its own entrance – one on the lower level of the villa, the other two in annexes

• Guests need to be able to safely manage different levels (some unprotected) and direct sea access via rocks below. Therefore, this villa is better suited to adults or families with older children.
• Located on the coastal road leading to the Giens peninsula, you can walk to a cafe-restaurant near Plage de l'Almanarre, however please note that opening times/dates will be seasonal. There is a wide range of restaurants and amenities in Hyères, a short drive away.
