• Only the coastal walking trail, Le Sentier du Littoral, separates the poolside terrace from the sea – you don't have private access to the sea but you can reach the rocky shore just outside the villa (on the corner). Alternatively, there is a beach around 350m away. 
• Even though you can walk to the beach and some amenities, a car is essential to be able to explore the area.
