This four-bedroom home, a stone’s throw away from the stunning beaches of the French Riviera, would be the perfect place to stay with a group of friends or family. Here you can spend your days relaxing by the pool or visiting the towns and beaches of nearby Saint-Tropez and Sainte-Maxime.
This villa has a vast open-plan living room with comfortable sofas and a TV where you could get together and watch a film. The fully fitted kitchen has all of the necessary appliances to cook a delicious meal which can be eaten either in the dining room or outside on the covered terrace.
You can choose from four bedrooms; three double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and one with access to the lovely garden. Additionally, there is a room with two single beds, which would be ideal for children to share.
The home has a fantastic garden with lawns, established trees and flowers. There are plenty of seating areas and a large dining table for talking the night away over a glass of wine. The garden's focal point is the inviting private pool, lined with sun loungers and a handy pool house with an outdoor kitchen.
If you need to pick up some morning pastries or you would like to go out for lunch locally, then you can find a range of amenities under 2km away. The nearest large village with shops, a supermarket and a good selection of places to eat is Grimaud which is 7.5km away by car. On top of having all of the cafes, restaurants and shops you will need, Grimaud is also filled with historic streets and attractions. The village hails from the medieval period, which is reflected in the architecture. The imposing castle, which is mostly ruined, was built in the 1200s and strengthened in the 1600s but was destroyed during the French Revolution. Visitors can sit on tiered seating around the castle in the summer months to enjoy open-air concerts and theatre performances.
If you head towards the seafront, you can visit Port-Grimaud, which has an entirely different atmosphere. This pretty town is relatively new and was constructed around waterways like Venice; it is, in fact, known as “the little Venice of Provence”. Pastel-coloured buildings sit next to a vast network of canals leading out to the sea. A boat ride is a fun way to explore the town, and you can be dropped off at a restaurant for dinner.
When you wish to spend a day at the beach, the closest is just 1.5km away. You will find a more comprehensive selection of beaches, shops, exclusive restaurants and a picturesque old town in the beloved town of Saint-Tropez, which is 10km away from the villa. If you are looking for a more laid-back atmosphere, visit Sainte-Maxime, the little sister of Saint-Tropez, which is 8km away with fewer crowds but equally beautiful beaches.
